At TCC&PM Inc, we simply connect the DOTS....From the diagrams below, we follow a flowchart that takes us from project beginning to post implementation.
We start with a Design goal. We achieve this through customer focus meetings and Joint Application Development (JAD)sessions. During the design phase, we structure a detailed Technology roadmap that becomes the basis for all Low Voltage Systems (LVS) requirements. Also during this phase, a detailed Master Project Plan is created.
